1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TheBigLeagues ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Description of the Game
TheBigLeagues is an idle business tycoon simulation game. All businesses, stock markets, currencies, football clubs, politicians, and financial instruments depicted in the Game are entirely fictional. Nothing in the Game constitutes real financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. Virtual Currency & Economy
The Game contains a simulated economy with virtual currency, virtual stock trading, virtual margin accounts, and virtual business operations. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. All in-game earnings, losses, stock prices, and financial figures are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.
4. In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as the Supporter Pack) that remove advertisements and provide cosmetic benefits. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. In-app purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple Account using the "Restore Purchases" option.
5. Advertising
The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. You may optionally watch rewarded video ads to receive in-game bonuses. Ad content is served by third parties and is not controlled by us. If you encounter an inappropriate advertisement, please report it using the "Report Ad" link within the Game or contact us through our support page.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. The Game collects minimal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Game uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework; ad tracking only occurs if you explicitly grant permission.
7. Game Center
The Game integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your Game Center display name may be visible to other players. Game Center is governed by Apple's own terms of service.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage in leaderboards
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
9. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game — including but not limited to graphics, text, code, game mechanics, and audio — is the property of Emre Yenen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All football clubs, player names, and team identities in the Game are fictional.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game data is stored locally on your device. While the Game may use iCloud or Game Center for synchronization, we do not guarantee the persistence of game data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or operating system updates.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data or virtual progress. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months prior to the claim.
12. Age Requirements
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and above. In-app purchases require an Apple Account. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing purchase permissions through Screen Time or Family Sharing settings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
